We offer you the opportunity to spend your working day in a pleasant place to live, where your exchanges will be constructive. Built in 1964, this architect-designed house was completely renovated in 2020/2021, but retains all its exotic woods (staircase and door frames). It boasts spacious rooms, centered around a staircase, the centerpiece of our home, which is very luminous thanks to its large east and west windows. It benefits from a peaceful, green setting, with neighboring gardens and a view of the hill to the east (the 1st from the ocean!!). Quietly located 300 m from Bordeaux and 12 min from the historic center (Place de la Bourse). Air-conditioned, it offers 180m2 of living space on 3 levels, served by a wide staircase with daylight. The house is non-smoking and pet-free.

During breaks, you can enjoy a rare moment, listening to your favorite artists on an exceptional Hifi system. And if your seminar leaves you with 2 hours to spare, you can enjoy the experience of a sound tasting with a world-class expert, pedagogue and enthusiast: 15 minutes to understand what HiFi is and its technical challenges, followed by a listening session of tracks in a variety of styles, accompanied by short anecdotes. I promise you won't want to leave. I can also give you a meditation class, as I'm a Hatha Yoga instructor.
