Located in the heart of a small village of less than 1000 inhabitants in western Paris, just 35 minutes from Paris by car or train and 5 minutes from Thoiry Zoo, the house is completely independent and surrounded by a 1300 m² enclosed garden. We have recently renovated the house, preserving its original charm while adding all modern comforts. This charming and inspiring place includes:

• Bedrooms that double as offices, ideal for shooting scenes in the same room!
• 2 bathrooms for a make-up spot.
• A large kitchen for nibbling or reheating your meals between takes! (Fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob and fridge).
• A large garden and terrace for outdoor filming (or sunbathing 😎 ) or for location management.
• There's a small shed and a garden shed for storing your gear and equipment.
• There's a very high-speed wifi connection (fiber) 500 mb/s so don't worry about sending your rushes!
• And just as important -> The garden is accessible to a small truck for unloading, and there's plenty of space outside.

OUR STRENGTHS

1. Possibility of staying on site 🛏️ What's more, our house has several rooms with comfortable beds for you and your crew to stay in. We can therefore accommodate film crews for short or long-term stays.

2. Catering service We can deliver meal trays and drinks if you don't have a control room.

WHERE TO FIND US In western Paris, just 30 min from Paris by car or train, the house is in a quiet village 5 min from the N12 or Montfort l'Amaury station (line N).
