• The space : A unique and atypical space for film shoots and photo shoots, also available for private and professional events, located in Givraines (45) in the Loiret region. 500m² of hangar space transformed into a living and creative space, a curiosity cabinet, an exhibition gallery and a venue for festive and alternative events. The hangar opens onto a quiet courtyard in the heart of the countryside, 1 hour from Paris. It has all the equipment you could need: a 6m x 2m50 wooden stage for musicians, a 6m-L x 3m high white screen for film or video projections, professional sound systems (monitor and live, mixer, microphones, wiring), musical instruments (drums, synthesizers, bass, amps, wiring), remote-controlled mood lighting, and can thus be transformed into a concert hall, party space or cinema. Different ceiling heights from 4m/6m to 8m. The venue has a car pit for garage scenes. On the 50m2 first floor, a bright, heated apartment & fully-equipped kitchen with wc, dining room, bedroom, IT tools (computer, printer, TV with wifi connection covering the whole place), double-glazed windows overlooking the church & courtyard, and two interior balconies overlooking the rooms. Another door to our magical place opens onto the open countryside: fields and forests as far as the eye can see. The alignment of electricity pylons amid the wheat fields of the "Golden Valley" recalls the aesthetics of New Wave films and the graveyard of Hitchcock scenes. -The residents: We are a couple of set designers with experience in theater, stage, event and show design. We are driven by the desire to create worlds and atmospheres, mastering metal, paint, interior architecture and lighting, with a fully equipped artists' studio on site. This means we can be available to work on the installation and decor to suit your project. As an option, we can prepare the venue according to your ideas in our workshop before and during your visit.

-Vehicles also available for hire: A madmax-style motorcycle creation made in our workshop. A van for transporting up to 9 people, with 2 removable benches to make room for transporting the decor.

-Capacity: The venue can accommodate up to 300 people for standing events /40 people for sit-down lunches.

-Catering: Catering services are available through a partnership with a local caterer.

-Parking: Parking available in the outdoor courtyard, with the option of bringing vehicles inside.
