Magnificent 17th century property with garden

Nous proposons un séjour clé en main dans une maison au coeur de la nature. La maison se situe à moins d'1h30 de Paris. Le prix inclut la privatisation de la maison pour 15 personnes (6 chambres), deux espaces de travail pendant votre séjour et les repas végétariens (déjeuner, dîner avec vin et petit-déjeuner, déjeuner le lendemain). 
Sur place, nous vous accompagnons pendant votre séjour pour cordonner votre expérience. 
Vous pouvez également ajouter des activités (yoga, cours de dégustation, Design Sprint etc...). 


We offer a turnkey stay in a house in the heart of nature. The house is located less than 1h30 from Paris. The price includes the privatization of the house for 15 people (6 rooms), two workspaces during your stay and vegetarian meals (lunch, dinner with wine and breakfast, lunch the following day).
We will accompany you during your stay to coordinate your experience.
You can also add activities (yoga, tasting classes, Design Sprint etc...).

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
