The view is breathtaking at any time of day. The sun's reflections on the gilding are an unforgettable sight! On Saturday evenings (June-September), you can watch the Grandes Eaux fireworks directly from the living room. Simply magical! 🌅

The apartment is just 5min walk from the Chantier and Rive Gauche stations, so you can reach Paris Montparnasse station in 10min and the Eiffel Tower in 25min.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is through-viewing, quiet, very bright (4 windows, south-facing) and not overlooked. The decor is modern but also has all the old-world charm typical of Versailles: parquet flooring, 2 fireplaces, moldings, attractive exposed beams...

Located in the historic ''Saint Louis'' district and close to shops (bakeries, patisseries, cheese shops, markets, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques), you can do it all on foot!

It's ideal for families: directly from the bedroom and living room, you'll be able to admire Square des Francine, with its children's playground and water jets, perfect for cooling off in summer (kids play in swimsuits).

The apartment is just over 40m2. It has one bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a cot. There's a large double wardrobe (dressing room), shelves along the bed to store your belongings, and plenty of small cupboards to store your personal belongings (you'll see the apartment has plenty of storage space!). The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower (with soap, shampoo and hairdryer). Bathrobes are also available. The apartment also has an office area, ideal for home office work. To relax or boost your energy, fitness and yoga equipment is at your disposal: 4 weights, 5 straps, 2 mats, 1 bolster, 1 cushion, 2 bricks, 2 eye cushions.

In the living room you'll find a double sofa bed 160x200. A wardrobe is also available for storing your clothes. The TV and/or board games will keep you entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped and has just been redone. You have all the necessary equipment: fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave. A washing machine (which doubles as a dryer) is also available.

Towels and sheets are provided. Breakfast is optional.

🚖 If you're driving, you can park for free for the first hour in the Sceaux parking lot just below the building. For a typical working day (9 h of parking), the Sceaux parking lot will cost you just under €18 (compared with €35 "street" parking). Parking is free on Sundays in Versailles.

If you're arriving by train

• from Gare des Chantiers: take rue des Etats Généraux, then the first left, the apartment is at the end of Rue de Noailles.
• from Gare Rive Gauche: walk 400m up Avenue de Sceaux and you're there.

Please respect the quiet of the residence and the following conditions:

• No fires allowed in the fireplaces.
• Non-smoking accommodation.
• Sorting of household waste (cardboard/plastic/green/glass).
• Quiet pets are accepted provided they do not climb onto the sofa or bed. A supplement will be requested. Please send me the template and a photo of the animal you are staying with.
