The space features a large dining room for 8 to 10 people and an adjoining modern and functional open kitchen. In the same room, there's a cosy area with a round sofa for two people to watch TV connected to the Chromecast.

In another part of the house, there's a bright, warm 40m² living room with a modern chalet feel, high ceilings and exposed beams, complete with pellet stove. The large relaxation sofa can comfortably seat 3 people, and more if required, by adding armchairs, to view projections on the 2.50m wide motorized screen, using the video projector.
