The "Instant plaisant" living room: a blend of the refined and the extravagant, this is the apartment's living room. With its sturdy oval table, imposing sofa and delicate seats, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, present your latest slides or share your brilliant ideas via video conference. It's the AUTHENTIC place to be. Charles et Fleur's tip: Look up and contemplate the majestic work of street art while enjoying the warmth of the open fire.

The "Fecund Dreams" room: here you can rest or release your energy as you wish. A bright, sober room, it features a large whiteboard and two queen-size beds. It's the perfect place for a zen break, or to get together in a small group for a moment of neuronal agitation. This is the place for SLEEP or FUN. Charles and Fleur's tip: Look at what you've written or drawn on the board, then ask the cheetah what he thinks. His opinion is always the right one!

The "back to basics" bathroom: deliberately preserved in its original state, your detour into the wet room will remind you of where you came from. It's the place to ANCHOR. Charles et Fleur's advice: Not advice, but a question: will these flowery tiles really come back into fashion?

Charles et Fleur is also a neighborhood place. Those who feed the family will also be delighted to feed guests during the day, they told us. We guarantee it's good, and home-delivered too!

Practical info: Our apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 30m from the emblematic Haussmann Burton building, between the Town Hall and the Cathedral. It's easy to get to. By train: 10-minute walk from the station, 5-minute bus ride (Le Brix stop), 3-minute bike ride. By car: Free parking at the Palais des arts less than 10 minutes away, with an artistic pedestrian path to discover. Pay parking lot in the center of town 3 minutes away. Where to sleep: ask us, we'll advise you according to your needs and desires.
