La maison est en 2 plateaux ouvert sur 1/2 niveau. Grande hauteur sous plafond avec verrière. Espace très lumineux. Ambiance industrielle cosy comme à la maison.
Espace ouvert de 100 m2 (cuisine, salon, salle à manger, salle de jeux, bureau, buanderie et wc). Cet espace peut-être facilement réaménager.
Sur le 2eme espace, vous trouverez 2 chambres de 13 mètres carrés ainsi qu'une suite parentale de 35 mètres carrés (chambre, dressing et salle de bain) et un WC.

The house is in 2 floors open on 1/2 level. High ceilings with glass roof. Very bright space. Cosy industrial atmosphere, just like home.
Open space of 100 m2 (kitchen, living room, dining room, playroom, office, laundry room and toilet). This space can easily be rearranged.
On the 2nd space, you'll find 2 bedrooms of 13 square meters, as well as a master suite of 35 square meters (bedroom, dressing room and bathroom) and a toilet.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
