Exceptional manor house and hamlet

On the borders of Berry and Poitou, the manor house and its outbuildings sit atop a wooded hillside overlooking the left bank of the river Anglin. If you follow the road from Ingrandes to Mérigny, you'll soon see a small castel on the top of the hillside on the left bank of the Anglin, with its two slate-roofed turrets and elegant belvedere, standing out from the surrounding woods. A carpet of greenery stretches from the foot of the castle to the river's edge.

The setting for your event: a hamlet around a manor house nestling between the Châteaux of the Loire and the Massif Central. We open our property to guests and companies wishing to organize their events here, from renting out the barns - of which there are two - as well as the guest rooms and 4 gîtes to accommodate their guests, right through to the outdoor areas.

To host an event we have several options to offer:

The outdoors

- Tents and high-winds can be set up by a service provider - for a price varying with the size and models required.
- They can be set up on the lawn in front of the manor, along the river or in front of space 1 or space 2.
- Poolside park
- Outdoor terrace facing the river
- Meadow by the river
- Parking lot

L'espace 1- This open barn has a kitchen area that can be used by caterers and guests staying "on site" who wish to enjoy meals together outside the event itself. Le Pailler can be used for :

• Standing cocktail parties for up to 100 people
• Seated dinners for up to 80 people
• By adding a 5x5m dance floor, the dining capacity drops to 50.
• By adding a high wind in front of the entrance, you can increase the capacity - price to be determined according to the desired size.
• By adding a larger parquet floor, this space becomes a dance/bar area only. Here again, you can decide to increase the space by adding a high wind.

Espace 2 - This building can accommodate +/- 110 people, depending on the chosen configuration, for seminars, conferences, etc.

Accommodation capacity - To ensure the quality of our services and the comfort of our guests, our estate can accommodate a maximum of 27 people.
