Manoir d'exception et son hameau

On the steps of the Berry and Poitou rivers, the manor house and its outbuildings are located on the top of a wooded hillside overlooking the left bank of the Anglin river. Following the road that leads from Ingrandes to Mérigny, as you walk along the valley, you will soon see, on the top of the hill that reigns on the left bank of the Anglin, a small castel that, from the middle of the surrounding woods, stands out with its two slate-covered turrets and an elegant belvedere. A carpet of greenery unrolls from the foot of the castle to the riverside.

The setting for your event: A hamlet around a manor house nestled between the Loire Valley Castles and the Massif Central. We open our property for guests or companies wishing to organise their events there, ranging from the rental of barns - there are two of them - as well as guest rooms and 4 gîtes to accommodate their guests to outdoor spaces.

To host an event we have several options to offer:

Exteriors - Tents and high winds can be erected by a contractor - for a price that varies with the size and models required. - They can be set up on the lawn in front of the manor house, on the riverside or in front of space 1 or space 2. - Pool side park - Manor's outdoor terrace overlooking the river - Riverside meadow - Parking

The space 1- This open barn has a kitchen area which allows on the one hand the caterers to settle in and on the other hand the guests who live "on the spot" and who wish, outside of the event itself, to have their meals together. Le Pailler can be used to host : - A standing cocktail party for up to 100 people - A sit-down dinner for up to 80 people - By adding a 5X5m dance floor the dining capacity goes down to 50 people. - By adding a high wind in front of the entrance you can increase the capacity - price to be determined according to the desired size. - By adding a larger floor this space becomes only a dance/bar area. Here again you can decide to increase the space by adding a high wind.

Space 2 - This building can accommodate +/- 110 people according to the chosen configuration, seminars, conferences...

Accommodation capacity - To ensure the quality of the services and the comfort of the guests, our estate can accommodate a maximum of 27 people.
