Built in 2001, this building, with almost 2,000 m2 of interior space, was completely renovated and fitted out by us in late 2020/early 2021.

In addition to 260 workstations and reception areas, you'll find plenty of comfortable, convivial common spaces, including 2 large outdoor terraces.

The building is located in the extension of the Chartrons district, close to Place Ravezies, which is home to numerous Bordeaux and international companies. It's an ideal location with parking spaces and just a few meters from a streetcar stop on line C, direct to the train station.
