Ground floor. Living room kitchen with central island opens onto the dining room with a surface area of 100m2 overlooking the garden. Spaces are spacious so you can move around easily, you have a glass-enclosed bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the mezzanine.
1st floor: cosy, colorful 10 m2 bedrooms and a 60m2 master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room on the ground floor.
2nd floor: a cosy, black and wood attic bedroom.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
