This bright apartment is located on the fourth floor of a quiet residence surrounded by green spaces. Located between the Stade du Jard and Parc Bourran, it's close to Mérignac town center. It's a 5-minute walk from the Mendès France bus stop (line 1) and 15 minutes from the Tram A. For those with vehicles, parking spaces are available at the foot of the building.
