Break-Storming in a Paradise Made in Périgord

Located in the suburbs of Sardinia, 10 minutes from the city centre, in an extremely quiet environment, conducive to reflection (Ideal for writers, screenwriters, webmasters, journalists, translators, trainers, teachers wishing a peaceful retirement to be creative and productive or for partners wishing to get away from the daily routine for important decisions and new directions to give to their business.

We propose various possibilities of accommodation on the spot, in 2 Country Hamlets on 50 000m2 half of fenced meadows and half of undergrowth ensuring our peace and quiet 20 to 100m2 going from the room or guest house, to the independent farm or studio in an unusual accommodation (here in our farmhouse, with Chambre and/or Maison d'Hà'tes 45 to 70m2, with secretary in the room or table in private living rooms or to share with each one their fireplace). All-inclusive accommodation rates (40 to 100â'¬ per night per person depending on the season and length of stay) & decreasing in low season from September to June, as the stay gets longer (-10% for 2 weeks, -35% for 3 weeks & -50% for 4 weeks and more). And if hosted on site, the provision of offices, Internet & common areas is free.

We are in the heart of the Black Perigord and Europe at 1h flight from Paris & 1h30 from London with daily flights (30mn from Brive Airport). And 2 hours from Toulouse, Bordeaux, Limoges by A20 & A89 motorways... We are in a region rich in heritage with as many historical monuments as in the Paris region. Plus the Gastronomy of the Périgord widely renowned.

Our idea is to offer you these Break-Stormings with a studious and a playful part between historical visits, nature walks, sports activities or gastronomic escapades where we can organize everything from A to Z (driver, guided tours, translation, restaurant, caterer or table d'hôtes, all on personalized estimate).

Also come and taste the Cherry Time or the Indian Summer in our Rooms, Atypical Studio, Independent houses for 1 to 8/10 persons per hamlet (with other accommodation in the surrounding area, i.e. a hundred beds in our village and as many in the neighbouring villages + Reception room in the Gardens of the Manor of Eyrignac) & enjoy the attractions of the Dordogne, the Corrèze & the Lot between 2 work sessions with private living rooms or to share with each one a fireplace, supreme luxury to have lots of space outside where you can listen to the silence & great potential for terraces, pergola & verandah tables...
