Large, bright, bucolic house

This former farmhouse transports you to a bucolic setting. As soon as you cross the threshold, the brightness of the East/West orientation invades the space. The house, dining room and garden (390m2) can be redesigned for receptions or film shoots as you wish:

• the living room is 42m2, L-shaped and can accommodate two 4-meter tables for 25 to 30 people. For a more "cosy" meeting, it's possible to keep only the sofas and armchairs, for a total of 17 seats. And finally, a row layout is possible, with 3 rows on one side and 5 rows on the other (plus a row on the wall if required). To see the big picture, this layout can accommodate 40 people, but can go up to 50. This allows all participants to see the same thing: someone speaking or the screen, for example.

• the dining room is 12m2, and can accommodate a table of up to 3 meters with 10 to 15 people around it. When arranged in rows, it can accommodate up to 15 people.

For standing room capacity, as mentioned above, the living room is 42m2 and the dining room is 12m2. These two rooms are open to each other, so if you allow 2 to 3 m2 for each person standing, these two rooms can accommodate a very large 22 people, bearing in mind that the house has already welcomed around fifty people without any problems.

The space is spacious, and leaves plenty of scope for your decor or event.

The house is still decorated, and has already hosted a huge number of events, particularly those involving music. Several pianos can be used (7 pianos: 3 grand (including two in the living room, 2 upright, 1 electric grand, 1 electric upright)).

• REFRIGERATOR: 1 in the kitchen / 1 in the garage: the garage, which is located in the entrance of the house on the ground floor with an opening into the garden, could be a good location.
