Between town and country, with music?

Vernon - Giverny... World-famous for its "impressionism", its banks of the Seine, its artists... I'd be delighted to welcome you to this luminous setting.

Nestled 5 minutes from the A13 motorway, on a hill overlooking the Seine valley, on 2500m2 of enclosed grounds, the house is also accessible by train from Paris Saint-Lazare (Line E) and 6 minutes by car from the Vernon-Giverny station.

Between stone and exposed beams, in the countryside yet close to all amenities less than 1 km away: hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. An air of Avignon, Normandy, the Mediterranean... With its cathedral roof, its air of an old farmhouse tastefully renovated, its openings and skylights, its crypt and its arches, its garden and its pine trees, its terraces, its veranda... We're somewhere else. So close to Paris.

I offer 2 main spaces:

1 - A large room (50m2) with a ceiling height of just over ten meters, flanked by an open kitchen (26m2), a veranda (25m2) and a small, intimate cinema projection area (15m2) with a 3m x 3m screen. In the extension of the main living room, a semi-buried room (over 40m2) dating from the 15th century can accommodate tables, a lounge, exhibitions, etc. In all, 160m2 of dedicated space. 2 - In a second part of the building, a few meters from the main house, a studio/training/seminar/meeting room of over 40m2 is available, allowing those who wish to separate the work area from the social area.

2000m2 of outdoor space, including a south-facing terrace with barbecue, etc.

Technically, all top-of-the-range event equipment is available: fiber optics, screens, video-proj, printer, audio broadcasting system, recording, video capture, etc.

The spirit of the venue and the values it stands for? I believe that a place should live. And I want this place to be a place for sharing and encounters.

That's also why I offer riders additional "services" that are out of the ordinary. As an artist and musician, I can integrate private concerts (of all styles, as my network of artists is extensive and of high quality), wine tastings, gastronomy (local products with partners who run farms in the area) and/or Michelin-starred chefs into your events... Not forgetting a visit to Giverny on the other side of the Seine, with its museum and Monet's house...

Beyond the events and issues that drive you to get together somewhere, I'd like to suggest that you contribute to supporting sectors that need and want to be shared: in particular, artistic and cultural creation and all that goes with it.
