Construit en 2001, ce bâtiment de près de 2 000 m2 de surface intérieure, a été entièrement rénové et aménagé par nos soins début 2021.

En plus des 260 postes de travail et des espaces de réception, vous y trouverez de nombreux espaces communs très confortables et conviviaux, dont 2 grandes terrasses.

Le hall est un grand espace de 250 m2 avec une belle hauteur sous plafond (2 étages), très lumineux naturellement avec un aménagement soigné (palmiers xxl, meubles anciens et modernes).

Built in 2001, this building, with almost 2,000 m2 of interior space, was completely renovated and fitted out by us in early 2021.

In addition to 260 workstations and reception areas, you'll find plenty of comfortable, convivial common spaces, including 2 large terraces.

The hall is a large 250 m2 space with high ceilings (2 storeys), naturally very bright, and tastefully furnished (xxl palm trees, antique and modern furniture).

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
