Le loft Hygge scandinave est un espace original, situé dans la jolie village Carrières-sur-Seine en Yvelines aux portes de Paris. RER A direct de Paris (10 min d’Etoile) et Ter direct de St Lazare (10 min). 

L’espace est une ancienne menuiserie tenue par une famille danoise qui l’ont décoré en design scandinave. Vous entrez dans un grand loft avec une véritable ambiance de chez soi et de ‘hygge’. 

L’accueil est chaleureux, le cadre est unique. Service de restauration sur place. 

The Scandinavian Hygge loft is an original space, located in the pretty village of Carrières-sur-Seine in Yvelines, just outside Paris. RER A direct from Paris (10 min from Etoile) and Ter direct from St Lazare (10 min).

The space is a former carpentry workshop run by a Danish family who have decorated it in Scandinavian design. You enter a large loft with a real 'home from home' and 'hygge' atmosphere.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
