It's the ideal place to perfect your collection presentations, press conferences, exhibitions, seminars, private sales, corporate events and soirées. We offer a range of customized equipment and benefit from natural light thanks to its large glass roof and street-facing window.

Nota bene 1 : The premises include a small office space on the first floor, occupied by the ADC incubator team, in addition to the 3-person leathers (see photos).

Nota bene 2 : During FashionWeek Féminine, we offer the space for shared rental, with around 50 to 70 m2 per brand and all the usual services. Only the price varies (see special rates).

Nota bene 3 : A deposit of €2,000 (incl. VAT) is required for all rentals of one day or more.

Nota bene 4 : We rent this space for professional events.

Nota bene 5 : For logistical reasons, the space cannot be rented for a single weekend day. Only multiple rentals starting on a weekday are possible (e.g. Thursday to Sunday or Friday/Saturday).
