Completely renovated in a small traditional Marseilles building, this townhouse features a large living room with contemporary kitchen on the second floor and a 25 m2 south-facing terrace overlooking the Bonne Mère. Its arbour and century-old vineyard allow you to enjoy the outdoors while protected from the sun. The second floor also features two large twin bedrooms, with independent access to a shared bathroom. On the garden level, a large living room with large wooden benches provides extra sleeping space.

On the garden side, a master suite with en suite bathroom and dressing room enjoys a view of the pool. At the far end of the garden, an independent "fisherman's hut" houses the fourth bedroom, totally independent with its own bathroom, WC and view of the pool. Designed as a fisherman's hut, it also has a mezzanine extra bed. It is equipped with a plasma screen and wifi.
