Le bâtiment est sur 3 étage avec un rooftop, donnant vue directement sur le jardin et sur l'Oise.
Un jardin de 3000m2 est également disponible. Idéal au printemps ou en été pour les prises de vue.

Nous acceptons les événements et cocktails dinatoires, mais pas les soirées dansantes.
Intérieur peu éclairé, n'hésitez pas à venir avec votre éclairage pour tournage et shooting.


Atypical chateau for filming or photo shoots. The site is virtually empty, so you can decorate it as you please. Opposite the garden flows the Oise, with a 50-meter-long pier. Direct access.
The building is on 3 floors with a rooftop, overlooking the garden and the river Oise.
A 3000m2 garden is also available. Ideal for spring and summer photography.

We accept events and cocktail dinners, but not dance parties.
The interior is poorly lit, so don't hesitate to bring your own lighting for shooting.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
