This large loft with glass roof and interior garden is composed of a large ground floor and a very bright souplex for a total surface of 320m2. Moreover, it is an atypical place entirely flexible which can answer all your needs, of meeting rooms, places of shootings, event space, etc.

This Parisian loft has been fitted out with design and functional furniture and several rooms are available to host meetings and seminars, workshops, training sessions but also product presentations and productions of all kinds, filming and photo shoots.

The first floor is composed of a large and cosy lounge with sofas and armchairs which gives a warm atmosphere, a winter garden illuminated and highlighted by a large glass roof of more than twelve meters and an ultra-modern kitchen designed to host chefs and all activities of culinary teambuildings. A glass floor of more than 30m2 has been erected to bring chic & light to the souplex, accessible by 2 distinct staircases or via a large slide.

This second level, large of more than 160m2, offers multiple possibilities and spaces with different atmospheres. Four ultra-modular spaces have been created so that you can do everything: - a library, quiet and trendy, adaptable as a meeting room with a large touch screen wall, where you can meet up to 15 people in plenary, or in smaller groups at a table or in comfort format in the armchairs, - a SportsRoom also equipped with a large touch screen, a FlipBoard (electronic paperboard), where you can meet up to 15 people or more if you open the central canopy, - an ingenious FabLab in a more industrial setting, with the possibility to work and tinker together; you can evolve in the same way as in the SportsRoom, creating with the opening of the bay window, a plenary of more than 50 people! - The ultra-designed Playground, finally, to gather up to 8 people seated around a table or to organize a plenary in theater format. This space is ideal for breaks because you can relax with the table soccer, the billiard table or the ball pool overlooking the bar!

In short, it's the perfect space to rent as a meeting room, to organize meetings in small or large groups, for your film location rentals, with its multiple atmospheres & finally, as an event space if you want to rent an exceptional loft! The RIDERS welcomed in the place benefit from the calm of this neighborhood and must in return respect it. They must not create any nuisance in this remarkable family environment. An internal regulation specifies the rules to be respected.
