This former mansion was built at the end of the 18th century. Recently renovated, it hosts since 2013 a coworking space and event spaces. The building has 1600m2 of surface on 4 floors including a unique reception area on the 2nd floor with balconies, view on the Garonne, old parquet floor, majestic fireplaces and high ceilings. Previously, the building housed the private apartments of Consul Joseph Fenwick, as well as stores and offices. After the First World War, the Compagnie Générale Transatlantique bought it and occupied it for sixty years. It is now listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments and is part of the Héméra spaces in Bordeaux.
