This atypical 179 m2 artist's studio has just been built (2020) in the pretty little town of Plessis Robinson (92350). Luminous thanks to its large bay windows and skylights, l'Atelier, as it's called, blends harmoniously with the 2000 m2 park planted with trees and a swimming pool in operation from June to September. With its Mediterranean ambience of rockeries, palm trees, olive groves and cypresses, and its contemporary, uncluttered feel with design architecture by Philippe Giorgi, this exceptional setting is sure to win visitors over. The location is ideal for photo shoots, video clips, seminars, wellness sessions, barbecues, etc. On summer evenings, the lighting from the stone wall and the surrounding vegetation give the place an almost exotic southern charm... just 10 kilometers from Paris.
