Cet espace atypique de 179 m2 type grand atelier d'artiste vient juste d'être construit (2020) dans cette jolie petite ville du Plessis Robinson (92350).  
Très lumineux grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées et ses puits de lumière, l'Atelier comme on l'appelle, s'harmonise au parc arboré de 2000 m2 et une piscine en fonction de juin à septembre.
Ambiance méditerranéenne: rocailles, palmiers, oliviers, cyprès..., impression contemporaine et épurée avec cette architecture design signée Philippe Giorgi, ce lieu exceptionnel séduit immanquablement le visiteur. 
L'endroit est idéal pour organiser shooting photo, video clip, séminaires, séances bien-être, barbecue, etc. Les soirs d'été les éclairages du mur de pierre et la végétation à l'entour confèrent à ce lieu un charme du sud presque exotique... à 10 kilomètres de Paris.

Les soirées ne sont pas acceptées avec musique dans cet espace, merci de votre compréhension.

This atypical 179 m2 artist's studio has just been built (2020) in the pretty little town of Plessis Robinson (92350).
Luminous thanks to its large bay windows and skylights, l'Atelier, as it's called, blends harmoniously with the 2000 m2 park planted with trees and a swimming pool in operation from June to September.
With its Mediterranean ambience of rockeries, palm trees, olive groves and cypresses, and its contemporary, uncluttered feel with design architecture by Philippe Giorgi, this exceptional setting is sure to win visitors over.
The location is ideal for photo shoots, video clips, seminars, wellness sessions, barbecues, etc. On summer evenings, the lighting from the stone wall and the surrounding vegetation give the place an almost exotic southern charm... just 10 kilometers from Paris.

Please understand that we do not accept parties with music in this area.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
