At Loft, we're cooking up the soul of a family business. A feeling for the present that clings to the past: respect for original cachet, a taste for upcycling and the freshness of the modern. In perfect proportion, it's industrial charm simmering in the event-planning cauldron, offering an all-in-one playground that's fully modular, warm and conducive to (re)creativity, fresh ideas and collaborative work.
Offset prints in the rear-view mirror of the Imprimerie d'Arcueil, towards the horizon of film shoots, corporate meetings, training courses, birthdays, cocktail parties... Under a new, more colorful face, the Imprimerie Loft has lost none of its philosophy: that of a place for sharing with a thousand facets, a generator of positive vibes, at the service of inspiration and aspiration. Our recipe
The menu: access to the 150m2 first floor, including 2 additional rooms, as well as a host of practical equipment: coffee bean machine and tea included, ladders, flipchart; and tech: Denon sound system, arcade terminal, PS5 & Switch (with karakoé), tablet with unlimited music and optional 4k video projector.
Exterior seasonings: a 150m2 Swiss Army knife garden with a 35m2 terrace/lounge, a brazier/plancha area and a relaxation area.
Gourmet treats: A 130m2 second floor, with a second kitchen and a 50m2 terrace. Optional.
The chef's secrets: easy access and unloading on one level, with several parking spaces; a plethora of hanging points thanks to the 30 IPNs in the ceiling; beautiful daylight entrances with the possibility of arranging lights directly from the garden; a garage for storing equipment; eclectic decor for a variety of spotlights.
À la carte : Possibility of taking care of lunch with fully home-cooked meals: buffet, home-style meals, pizza. Activities available: cooking classes, team-building activities, professionally-assisted sports coaching.

Super lieu, avec de l'espace, de quoi stationner dans les environs et un super hôte. Alexis est disponible, arrangeant et réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Nous avons réservé cet espace pour le tournage d'un clip musical. L'accueil et la chaleur d'Alexis ont été un réel atout pour mettre toute l'équipe à l'aise et dans les bonne condition au pus vite afin d'être efficace toute la journée. Le lieu est vraiment fort en histoire et caractère mais s'adapte également à plusieurs contexte. Le lieu est également très pratique pour les déplacement de matériel lors des changements de scènes. L'extérieur est aussi super photogénique.

Communication with Alexis was easy, he was responsive and available. The location is really very nice, and we had a lovely day to celebrate my little boy's 1st birthday. The children were able to get some fresh air in the garden, especially as we were lucky enough to have the sun on October 15. The place is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking.
