OfficeRiders Brings Hospitality Standards to the World of Work

Publié le 2/16/2026

Workspitality transforms workspaces using hospitality standards

What if work became a luxury-hotel-worthy experience? With OfficeRiders, workspitality brings a touch of luxury to every meeting, training session, or event: unique spaces, tailored services, and truly memorable moments. More than just a place, it’s the freedom to choose, complete control over your work experiences, and the certainty that every moment counts.

Less than 10 months after Worklib acquired OfficeRiders, the two entities are merging under the OfficeRiders brand and unveiling a redesigned platform: a booking chatbot, themed collections, real-time transparent pricing, and access to 40,000 locations in 90 countries. Already adopted by over 300 companies (including Atos, Schneider Electric, Leboncoin, and Generali), the platform aims to transform every meeting, training session, or event into a memorable experience.

Led by Nathanaël Mathieu (new CEO), OfficeRiders aims to make “workspitality” the standard by 2027.

The Work Experience: Key to Successful Collaboration

Today, 60% of employees consider their offices unsuitable for collaboration (Cushman & Wakefield). This highlights a paradox: companies ask teams to return to the office to collaborate better, yet the spaces that once supported this are now scarce or ill-suited—a consequence of flexible office setups and space rationalization.

As a result, managers and teams are naturally turning to external locations for their key moments.

This trend is far from anecdotal. Teams have realized that access to genuinely suitable spaces can turn an ordinary meeting into a memorable moment, a standard training session into an impactful experience, and a team day into a shared memory.

“Over the past 18 months, demand for unique venues and serviced spaces has grown by 35% among our clients. The Worklib-OfficeRiders merger is no coincidence: we want to cover the full spectrum—from a coworking desk to a seminar for 50 people—and, above all, guide users immediately to the right solution,” explains Nathanaël Mathieu, CEO of OfficeRiders.

From Space to Moment: The New OfficeRiders Paradigm.

The marketplace no longer simply lists workspaces; it supports the moments that matter most for companies and their employees—moments that enable alignment, creation, connection, learning, and focus.

Two Innovations Transforming the Work Experience

Hospitality, travel, and dining have been transformed by technology and a relentless focus on customer experience. Now, this revolution is coming to workspaces, with a decade’s delay. OfficeRiders applies the same principles to workspaces with two major innovations.

First Innovation: Book a space like booking a hotel

The new OfficeRiders platform integrates an intelligent matching engine and a conversational chatbot that orchestrates the entire experience: space + services + moment. The major update: real-time, transparent pricing based on actual costs—not arbitrary budgets—and instant booking.

Second Innovation: Access inspiring and unique spaces

OfficeRiders opens the doors to 40,000 carefully selected, unique workspaces—premium coworking spaces, hotels, private offices, and especially unconventional spaces (artist lofts, rooftops, architect-designed homes, galleries). Bookable by the hour, half-day, or full day, with a complete range of services—from basic equipment (microphones, whiteboards) to immersive experiences (private chefs, facilitators, tailor-made team-building).

This approach extends to companies with OfficeRiders for Business, which combines themed collections of venues (training spaces, premium event locations) with personalized selections for teams or the entire organization, including usage credits. Employees can access spaces on a self-service basis, while management remains centralized—consolidated billing, usage tracking, and budget control.

OfficeRiders does not replace the office—it complements it for key moments, while controlling costs. More than 300 companies (including Atos, Schneider Electric, Leboncoin, Generali) use it daily.

“Our goal is to combine real estate optimization with access to unique spaces through on-demand bookings. Why install a premium room used ten times a year when you can unlock thousands of options exactly when you need them?”

— Nathanaël Mathieu, CEO, OfficeRiders.

Looking to 2027: Establishing the Standard of Workspitality

The merger and the new platform mark a major acceleration. OfficeRiders is now looking to 2027 with three priorities:

  • Greater speed and fluidity, with direct integration into employees’ everyday tools (e.g., Slack, Teams) and deployment of AI agents that can recommend and activate the right spaces at the right moment, frictionlessly.
  • Closer ties with the hospitality world, expanding access to underused lifestyle spaces during the day—bars, lounges, suites, rooftops—and turning them into inspiring work environments for key team moments.
  • An enriched, connected experience, including gradual integration with the ALL Accor loyalty program and booking platform.

The ambition: to make every key moment at work a driver of performance and enjoyment, simply and without extra cost.
