Notre Loft peut aussi se transformer en galerie d’art, en showroom ou en un lieu d’exception pour recevoir ses invités à dîner ou pour découvrir et apprendre l’art de la cuisine (cuisine professionnelle équipée).

Notre particularité ? Un Télécabine au coeur de la cour intérieure !

Il s'agit d'un ancien œuf rouge (devenu bleu) du mythique « télécabine du Diable » des 2 Alpes fièrement installé sur la terrasse, suspendu à une chaine. Il a été acheté en 2012 lors d’une vente aux enchères au profit du Téléthon.

You'll fall under the spell of this atypical, modern loft in Villeurbanne (69100), ideal for out-of-the-ordinary corporate events with its 150m2 of modular space for tailor-made events. Our Loft can also be transformed into an art gallery, a showroom or an exceptional place to host dinner parties or to discover and learn the art of cooking (professionally equipped kitchen).

Our special feature? A Gondola in the heart of the courtyard!

It's a former red egg (now blue) from Les 2 Alpes' mythical "télécabine du Diable", proudly installed on the terrace, suspended from a chain. It was purchased in 2012 at an auction in aid of the Telethon.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
