Celle-ci se situe proche des  transports en commun, le  RER A Noisy le grand à 10 minutes en bus l'arrêt de bus se trouve à 3 minutes à pieds.
Proche bords de marne (piste cyclable, restaurants), et accès A4.

Vous disposerez d'une belle entrée cathédrale, d'un espace ouvert salle à manger, salon, cuisine d'environ 60m2.
Une salle de bain avec hammam, douche et baignoire et une chambre qui se trouvent  au rdc.
A l'étage 4 chambres, une salle d'eau et un toilette.
jardin de 450 m2 avec terrasse, jacuzzi en période estivale et brasero termineront de vous séduire.
Aucun vis-à-vis, dans une rue calme.



I will be happy to welcome you in our recently renovated house with taste and quality materials (home automation, dimmer switch, underfloor heating).

Located near public transport, the RER A Noisy le grand is 10 minutes away by bus, and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
Near to the banks of the Marne (cycle path, restaurants), and A4 access.

You'll enjoy a beautiful cathedral entrance hall, an open-plan dining room, living room and kitchen of around 60m2.
A bathroom with hammam, shower and bath and a bedroom are on the ground floor.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
450 m2 garden with terrace, jacuzzi in summer and brazier will complete your stay.
Not overlooked, in a quiet street.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
