The Provençal style villa offers all the possibilities of working in a quiet and preserved environment.

Located in a village renowned for its authenticity and medieval charm between Avignon and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the villa is close to all amenities (you can walk to the village restaurants) as well as to the main tourist attractions of Provence.

At the end of a small road winding up the hill, the house opens its doors to you in an exceptional green environment and in a sought-after residential area. What could be better than to work and be inspired with the panoramic view on the plain and the Mont Ventoux!

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living-dining room that can easily accommodate 6 people at the table, 4 people on the sofas and one person on the desk. For a meal or a break, a separate kitchen with all the necessary equipment is at your disposal. The house has two panoramic terraces facing the Mont Ventoux and overlooking the Comtadine plain, allowing you to work outside (functional wifi).

Parasols and fans are also at your disposal for your comfort.

For the requests of stays, you also find a WC as well as a parental suite gathering the bedroom, the dressing room and the bathroom. On the first floor, the mezzanine distributes two air-conditioned bedrooms, a WC and a shower room.

The landscaped garden as well as the swimming pool 9x4 m, depth 1,50 m, below allows you a cool break during the summer months (swimming pool only for stays, shootings or seminars of several days). The pool is secured by a barred cover in accordance with current standards.

For personalized requests, I can concoct proposals for outings or unusual activities adapted to your desires.

Restaurants and amenities within a 5-minute walk, close to famous Provencal tourist and cultural sites (Avignon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Gordes, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Luberon and Alpilles). Aix-en-Provence at 45 min and Marseille at 1 h.

Wine lovers will be able to taste the wonderful AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Gadagne and visit the cellars near the villa.

A completely independent annex can be occupied from time to time by a very discreet student.
