Beautiful, large 70 m2 room with 20 m2 terrace. Ideal for your meetings, workshops, presentations, seminars, etc...
The terrace is directly accessible for fresh air or smoking.
The fully-equipped open kitchen with central island is available for discussions, drinks tasting or catering.
The 16-person space can be configured as follows: 16 seated around 3 tables in the living room (plus sofa and kitchen). Or 20 people in theater mode.
Booking duration : the day is 9 hours and the half-day is 4 hours. example: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Overtime is billed at 100 euros per hour.
Extra, with supplement:
- Technical equipment available on site Video projector, screen, flip chart
- It is possible to order in advance breakfast cold/hot drinks (unlimited) afternoon detox health break.
- For dinners: dishes, glasses, utensils extra.
Ground-floor apartment at the end of a quiet courtyard. Located 5 minutes' walk from the Goncourt, Parmentier and Belleville metros, and less than 10 minutes' walk from Place de la République. Nearby parking: Hôpital St-Louis or Trois-Bornes
I can assist you with technical equipment during your meeting. I'll be present when you visit (discreetly, in my upstairs office). If you require confidentiality, please mention it when booking.

they really enjoyed the place and the meal. They were delighted. The only downside, and it's a shame, is that we might need to invest in a coffee machine that's a little more efficient and less fragile... :-)
