A space in the countryside less than 45 minutes from Paris, dedicated to CSR and the ecological transition

In an old water mill in Bornel (Oise), in the heart of the countryside less than 40 km from Paris (45 minutes by train from Gare du Nord), our 400m² space welcomes study days, seminars and team-building events, immersed in the countryside, with your feet firmly on the ground to open up the field of possibilities.

Spread over 3 levels, the rooms have been designed to encourage exchange and creativity, combining professional equipment and antique furniture to enable you to work efficiently in a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Our rooms are fully modular to suit your needs.

Several areas are available to you, with the mill reserved entirely for your use:

• La Canopée: a large open-plan creative room under the roof (70m2), suitable for conferences (45 people seated), meetings (U-shaped for 15 people) or small-group collaborative workshops (but we've also used it for sports sessions or exhibitions: its surface area and high ceilings mean you can imagine anything!)

• The Library: the mill's former library, whose shelves we have preserved. A room particularly conducive to strategic discussions

• The Sherwood Room: a meeting room adjoining the Library for small meetings (6 people).

• The Grain à moudre room: an open space where you can work like a coworker.

• Le Perchoir: adjoining the Canopée, a practical room where you can get away from it all to make a phone call or check your e-mails between two presentations.

• The kitchen and dining room: convivial spaces for lunch, a cup of coffee or tea (or a local chicory) or a break at any time of day.

• The terrace: a large terrace with a covered barbecue, very pleasant when the weather permits!

• The park: 2 hectares of vegetation, 3 streams, century-old trees, lots of birds... don't be surprised if you come across a hedgehog or a squirrel - we see them all the time!

For your meals, several options are available, from a gourmet chef's service to convivial dishes to share, or a ready-to-eat barbecue basket. We give priority to local, seasonal produce. Contact us to draw up a menu to suit your tastes.

To get to the mill, the easiest way is to take the train from Paris - Gare du Nord (TER line Paris-Beauvais) and stop in Esches. The mill is a 15-minute walk from Esches station along a small path on the edge of the forest (a change of scenery guaranteed). Access is also possible by car, with on-site parking.

Finally, we offer tailor-made support for the ecological transition: from raising awareness of environmental and social issues (visit to a farm, solidarity team building, eco Olympics, etc.) and understanding the mechanisms of climate change and the levers to activate (Climate Fresco, 2Tons workshop, etc.) to impact analysis and reflection on your core business to help you establish a trajectory compatible with planetary limits.
