A space in the countryside less than 45 minutes from Paris, dedicated to CSR and ecological transition

In an old water mill in Bornel (Oise) in the countryside less than 40 km from Paris (45 minutes by train from the Gare du Nord), our 400m² space welcomes study days, seminars and team buildings for an immersion in the countryside, with your feet in the ground to open up the field of possibilities.

On 3 levels, the rooms have been designed to promote exchange and creativity, combining professional equipment and antique furniture to allow you to work effectively in a comfortable and warm atmosphere. Our rooms are fully adjustable according to your needs.

Several spaces will be accessible to you, knowing that the mill will be entirely reserved for you:

• The Canopy: a large open creativity room under the roof (70m2), which lends itself to conference mode (45 people seated) as well as to meetings (U format for 15 people) or to collaborative workshops by small groups (but we have also done sports sessions or exhibitions there: its surface and its height under the ceiling allow you to imagine everything!)

• The Library: the old library of the mill, whose shelves we have kept. A room particularly conducive to strategic discussions

• The Sherwood Room: a meeting room adjoining the Library for small meetings (6 people)

• The Grain à moudre room: an open space, where you can work like a coworker

• Le Perchoir : adjoining the Canopée, a very practical room where you can isolate yourself to make a phone call or deal with your emails between two interventions

• The kitchen and the dining room: friendly spaces to have lunch, drink a coffee or tea (or a local chicory) or take a break at any time of the day

• The terrace: a large terrace with a covered barbecue, very pleasant when the weather is good!

• The park: 2 hectares of vegetation, 3 streams, hundred-year-old trees, lots of birds... don't be surprised if you see a hedgehog or a squirrel, we often see them!

For your meals, several options are possible from the service of a gourmet chef to the friendly dishes to share through the barbecue basket ready to cook. We favor local and seasonal products. Contact us to establish a menu according to your desires.

To come to the mill, the easiest way is to take the train from Paris - Gare du Nord (TER line Paris-Beauvais) and to stop in Esches. The mill is located at 15 min walk from the station of Esches by a small path in edge of forest (change of scenery guaranteed). The access is also possible by car, with a parking on the spot.

Finally, we offer customized support for the ecological transition: from awareness of environmental and social issues (visit to a farm, team building, eco Olympics ...) and understanding the mechanisms of climate change and levers to activate (Fresque du climat, 2Tons workshop, ...) to the impact analysis and reflection on your core business to help you establish a trajectory compatible with the planetary limits.
