La villa est sur trois niveaux et dispose de:
- 4 chambres (dont trois avec lit double et une avec deux lits simples). 
- un plateau de 37m2 lumineux avec vue sur les montagnes (salle à manger & salon), table (10 personnes) + table de 10/12 personnes en terrasse (12m2) accessible depuis salon.
- Il  y a également 3WC, 3 SDB, et un dressing.

Peuvent vous être mis à disposition, 3 postes de travail (équipement PC et Mac + imprimante avec accès wifi facile) dans deux bureaux clos indépendants. (le premier 12m2 avec terrasse de 7m2 vue montagnes et le second de 6m2).

La villa est équipée de la fibre et disposes de nombreuses fonctionnalités pour le télétravail professionnel (possibilité de la mise à disposition de 4 écrans dell 27", un poste mac 2 écrans 27", imprimante scanner accessible à partir de chaque pièce de la villa grâce au wifi, nombreuse sorties RJ45 avec câbles, grande TV écran plat samsung conectée à l'aplle TV, sorties HDMI, son sonos ... ).

Outre la piscine, il y a également une table ping-pong et un babyfoot.

Enfin, est mis à disposition un parking privatif (avec un chargeur électrique)  + nombreuses possibilités de parking public gratuit en face de la villa.

- There are also 3 WCs, 3 bathrooms and a dressing room.

3 workstations (PC and Mac equipment + printer with easy wifi access) in two independent enclosed offices. (the first 12m2 with a 7m2 terrace overlooking the mountains, and the second 6m2).

The villa is equipped with fiber optic cable and has many features for professional telecommuting (possibility of providing 4 Dell 27" screens, a Mac workstation with 2 27" screens, printer and scanner accessible from every room in the villa via wifi, numerous RJ45 outlets with cables, large samsung flat-screen TV connected to the TV set, HDMI outputs, sound systems... ).

In addition to the swimming pool, there's also a ping-pong table and table soccer.

Last but not least, private parking (with electric charger) + free public parking in front of the villa.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
