The building was built in 1451 for the Parisian bourgeoisie of the time. Everything was built accordingly, very wide door, huge windows, 4 meters high ceiling, wooden floor, stone wall. As soon as you push the doors, you will immediately feel that the loft is a totally unique place in the heart of Paris.
The apartment is extremely bright because it is not overlooked and has large bay windows of almost 4 meters high.
Thanks to the advice of a French architect, we have combined the old with a more contemporary decoration to create a unique atmosphere.
The terrace is an exceptionally rare haven of peace in the heart of Paris. It is a very peaceful place where you can have a coffee and watch the sunrise. You can also lounge in the sun during the day.
The apartment has a large living room of about 40 m2. The bedroom and the bathroom are not accessible. There is a toilet in the hallway. The large wall screen swivels towards the table or the sofa and is 55 inches. We have 8 armchairs and 2 folding chairs.
Options: - Hot/Cold Drinks: There are no hot drinks included with the reservation (tea or coffee). However, you can take the option in addition when making the reservation. - Paper board: you can reserve a paper board as an option when you make your reservation - Group of more than 8 people: 29 euros more per person beyond the 8th person. - Weekend: on Saturdays and Sundays, the price is multiplied by 2
IMPORTANT : Thank you for respecting your rental hours. Following numerous abuses, any overtime even of a few minutes will be charged in full hour, double the rate of the room occupied is 85 euros minimum. Thank you for being vigilant about the end time please.
In accordance with the rules of co-ownership, we do not allow commercial activity, i.e. receiving customers to sell them products. Unauthorized photo shoots or production will be pursued without prior agreement.

Bonjour, Pour une réunion professionnelle, ce n'est pas exactement recommandé. L'entrée n'est pas bien détaillée, l'appartement est habité (odeurs/chaussons qui traînent, frigo avec nourriture...) , mais l'espace est sympa. un peu cher pour ce que c'est, surtout que nous ne sommes pas restés 2 heures supplémentaire mais plutôt partis une heure avant....
Lieu conforme aux photos, très lumineux et spacieux. Très agréable et au calme.

Lieu parfait pour une journée de travail en équipe : localisation centrale et aménagement parfait. Excellente communication avec Matthieu également !
L'appartement est très agréable même si le temps ne nous a pas permis d'apprécier la terrasse.

Bel espace lumineux, calme, propre et confortable. Conforme aux photos. Juste dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas encore vraiment préparée pour accueillir lors de cette belle journée de fin mars (housses mises sur le mobilier, coussins d'assise pas nettoyés et un peu encombré... mais la terrasse est quand même superbe et un + indéniable à ce lieu). Bel accueil par l'équipe Office Riders et par le propriétaire , tous 2 très sympas. Merci pour ces 2 jours. Stéphanie
