This fully restored former mill, located in a green setting near Chateau du Loir between Le Mans and Tours, welcomes you for your seminars, meetings or other festive events. A professional kitchen adjoins the 70 m² reception room, which is equipped with a sound system, wireless microphone, video projector, flipchart and high-speed Wifi (fiber).

Outside, a 60 m² marquee is also available to complement the reception room.
