The former chapel of the convent on rue Saint-Denis has been rebuilt on the top floor of a handsome 19th-century building.
It's an exceptional loft with 5.5m high ceilings, extremely bright (south-facing) with a small terrace perched at the very top overlooking Paris (Eiffel Tower, Sacré-cœur) of approx. 5 m².
It's the ideal environment for all your work activities, creations, reflections, productions, sharing and well-being: an ideal destination for your meetings, seminars, workshops, events or productions.
Peace and quiet are king.
The loft features a large open-plan kitchen, fully modular furniture, and all the equipment you might need for your daytime activities (wifi, video projector, TV, Bluetooth speaker, piano, fireplace, Nespresso machine, teas and fully equipped kitchen).
The living room and open kitchen are approximately 50 m².
A small room is available for seclusion.
Access is by elevator and the chapel is on the 5th and top floor.
All loft rooms are air-conditioned.

The place is really atypical and the air-conditioning helped us keep a cool head during our brainstorming session. I can't recommend it highly enough, especially as Guillaume went out of his way to make us feel right at home. Go there with your eyes closed.
