The Haussmann-style apartment dates from the end of the 19th century, and is located on the second floor of an old mansion behind a street building. So there's no noise.
At the rear of the building is a small paved courtyard where the former stables and barn have been converted into living quarters.
The apartment has been modernized and opened up, giving a living, dining and kitchen area of over 65m2. The kitchen is modern and recent, with a large island that can accommodate 4 people in addition to the 8.
Period parquet floors and ceiling moldings have been preserved.
There is an office that can be converted into a bedroom with a pull-out bed. For productions, this room can be emptied of its office and transformed into a make-up area, for example. This room has its own private bathroom and toilet. It can also be rented for the night, if required.
FOR FILM SHOOTS, THE SECOND BEDROOM CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE, WITH ITS OWN SHOWER ROOM, AT EXTRA COST. WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE A NEARBY PARKING SPACE FOR ONE CAR AT 15€.
