• The house is an old rehabilitated boiler room housing our living quarters and our design studio. Our team works in a workshop independent of the rented space. The owner will be on site.

• The living space, of a surface of 120 m2, opens on a garden of roses of 400 m2 exposed full south and without opposite. Located at the gates of Paris, this place is a real bubble of peace bathed in light and greenery.

• The first floor distributes a vast entrance, a hallway, then the living room and the open kitchen with island.

• The parents' bedroom and the bathroom with adjoining bathtub upstairs can be made available on request.

• For meetings, the place is equipped to accommodate 20 people seated. The rental of tables and chairs are to be foreseen beyond 20 people and price on request.

It has all the equipment you may need: - Flat screens - Video projector - Paperboards - Tables / chairs

RATES : - Price applied to the MEETING rate: Between 1 and 20 people - Price applied to the EVENT rate : from 10 to 25 people - Price applied to the PRODUCTION rate : from 5 to 15 people

• Possibility of a fire place on request.

• Lunch possible in the garden in good weather, with organization of barbecue, plancha... in option on request and estimate.

• For rentals that exceed the agreed hours (8am-6pm), we ask for an evening surcharge on estimate. For the weekend, we apply an extra 30% per day according to the request.

• We also offer our space for seated dinners for up to 16 people. Evenings and cocktail parties up to 30 people. Please contact us for schedules and rates.

• The whole of the services is completely flexible and we are willing to consider customized services.

• We welcome in this unique place in Montreuil, production companies which realize their shooting or their filming, and companies looking for a place of character and comfort, to welcome their workshops, events, seminars and dinners.

• The house is accessible by metro (line 9, Mairie de Montreuil metro station + 7 minutes on foot).

• We provide 2 free parking spaces in the courtyard for 2 light vehicles or 1 truck of 20m3 maximum.
