The shop-workshop is a 40 m2 room with 3 m under ceiling with 3 windows, equipped with a large modular table (which can be divided into 6 islands) and 14 chairs. Option = 5 benches + 2 small tables can be added.

On request, the Centre will organize for your participants :

A holistic stress management workshop to improve well-being and performance in the workplace (cardiac coherence, emotion management),

A customized yoga class or workshop (for example, improving listening skills to better communicate), or a meditation session with our teachers.
