You'll enjoy a spacious living/dining room (large table, sofa, coffee table...) that's pleasant, bright and very quiet, encouraging creative thinking and work: the ideal place to host your seminars, meetings and showrooms.

As a communications freelancer, I'm also delighted to share the apartment with coworkers who, like me, want to share a workspace to exchange, meet and collaborate in a friendly, good-humored atmosphere.

The 65m2 apartment can accommodate up to 8 people around the table, 4 people on the central island in the open kitchen and 4 people on the sofa and armchairs. An office is also available in the entrance hall. Also available: Internet, TV, flipchart, fully equipped kitchen, coat racks.

If you wish to bring your own lunch, the kitchen is at your disposal (fridge, microwave, oven). You'll also find a bakery and supermarket nearby. Looking for a lunch break without cooking?
