Loft tout équipé 60 mètres carrés avec terrasse de 17 mètres carrés plein sud vue dégagée sur le Louvre et le Palais Royal. Très lumineux (14 fenêtres dont une verrière dans le salon), moderne et confortable. Belle hauteur sous plafond. Totalement silencieux. L'appartement est entièrement sonorisé. Cheminée, chauffage au sol, refait entièrement en 2015. Merci de vous référer au règlement intérieur : 5 personnes maximum et pas de matériel (spots / travelling / enceinte) très bonne lumière naturelle. Le loft dispose également d'une très belle cuisine ouverte avec îlot central, et une salle de bain avec baignoire.

Fully-equipped 60-square-meter loft with 17-square-meter south-facing terrace overlooking the Louvre and Palais Royal. Very bright (14 windows including a glass roof in the living room), modern and comfortable. High ceilings. Totally silent. The apartment is fully soundproofed. Fireplace, underfloor heating, completely refurbished in 2015. Please refer to the house rules: 5 people maximum and no equipment (spotlights / dolly / loudspeaker) very good natural light. The loft also features a beautiful open kitchen with central island, and a bathroom with bathtub.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
