In the heart of the Olympic Village, the Artiste loft is available for long-term rental as part of Paris 2024.

The 150 m² paved private courtyard opens directly onto the large glass façade, which opens up to create a deep, spacious indoor/outdoor space. Thanks to the 9m80-high glass ceiling, natural light floods in during the day.

The open space on the ground floor, also 150 m², opens onto the kitchen, the living room with fireplace, the stage, as well as the 3 mezzanine spaces on the first floor, for a total of 650 m² of usable space.

Bonus: 1 mezzanine under the stage, 1 office, 1 studio, 1 bedroom.

• Shooting: semi-trailer + 1 small van possible in the courtyard. Single-storey access via glass roof, van passage possible. 9m80 ceilings, 2 independent "control" areas, 1 separate studio in the courtyard, various storage options, very good electrical power, 2 fiber-optic lines.
