The place is well located and atypical as mentioned on the description, the host welcomed us well and explained the layout of the rooms however we were quite disappointed by the place (given the substantial price of the rental and the photos we expected better). A few comments to help you improve the customer experience for the future: - on entering, there was a strong smell of chemicals (hair salon in basement) - the tables and chairs available are not of good quality. The chairs are not comfortable (rather awkward to sit in for a 3-hour meeting). - no water offered to us by the hosts + coffee glasses instead of cups for tea + no stirrers for coffee (which again, considering the price, is not very pleasant). - place not very bright (lights should probably be added) I hope these comments will help future tenants.
Very unpleasant welcome from the owners. The advertised surface area was not respected as the 2 bedrooms were not accessible, leaving only the living room and basement.
