• The loft is located in a renovated former factory.
• The 78 m2 living area has a 9-meter high glass roof. A large bay window opens onto a shared garden with a private area. (For production purposes, I make my entire loft available, i.e. 165 m2 carrez).
• Located on the outskirts of Paris, this place is a real bubble of peace bathed in light and greenery.
• The first floor is a large open space with living room, dining room and open kitchen.
• The space is equipped to accommodate 14 people seated around the 2 large wooden tables, and can easily accommodate up to 20 people in the lounge/sofa area.
• Outdoor smoking area
• Possibility of using the kitchen to prepare your meals
• For weekends, we apply an extra charge of 30% per day, depending on demand.
• In this unique location in Ivry-sur-Seine, we welcome production companies for shooting or filming, and companies looking for a comfortable, characterful setting for workshops and seminars.
• The house is accessible by metro (line 7 Mairie d'Ivry metro station + 7mn walk, and RER C Ivry-sur-Seine).
