Notre maison saura vous accueillir pour un moment d'équipe loin de votre quotidien tout en vous sentant comme à la maison ou pour un shooting photo en profitant de l'espace et de la vue. 

60m² comme un loft rien que pour vous avec cuisine ouverte, salon et salle à manger.  Une table pour 6-8 personnes, une petite table de salon, un bar avec tabourets pour des séances en petits groupes. Deux tables en extérieur si le temps le permet. 

Un extérieur en double terrasses avec vue sur valence et les monts d'Ardèche pour vous également. L'été, la piscine sera également à disposition ! 

Vous aurez accès à notre espace de vie en entier et tout ce qu'il comprend pour vous sentir comme chez vous (boissons chaudes, utilisation de notre frigo et de nos moyens de cuisson). Nous vous mettrons à disposition des multiprises, le code wifi, un vidéoprojecteur, une imprimante.

N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour tous vos besoins, je saurai m'adapter et vous accompagner (traiteurs sur valence, idées d'activités, logements....) 

Our house will welcome you for a team moment away from your daily routine while feeling at home, or for a photo shoot taking advantage of the space and view.

60m² loft-style living space with open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.  A table for 6-8 people, a small coffee table, a bar with stools for small group sessions. Two outdoor tables, weather permitting.

An outdoor double terrace with views of Valence and the Ardèche mountains for you to enjoy too. In summer, the swimming pool is also available!

You'll have access to our entire living space and everything it includes to make you feel at home (hot drinks, use of our fridge and cooking facilities). We'll also provide you with power strips, wifi access, a video projector and a printer.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
