In a 2-hectare haven of greenery and woodland on the banks of the Rhône, just a stone's throw from downtown Lyon, our apartment is one floor of an old mansion dating from around 1750, with a staircase on the main facade, a terrace, a 1000m2 garden and vegetable patch, and half a hectare of woodland. Quiet, bright and sunny, the apartment overlooks the Rhône to the east and greenery and woods to the west. It comprises 4 large bedrooms, a lounge with a library, a large living room with a fireplace, and a large kitchen with a central island in a former winter garden.

The renovation and decoration (2019) was carried out by an architect and decorator, with a mix of vintage furniture, from the 50s, but also contemporary with bright colors, totally modular.
