La maison de 90 m2 est très agréable et facile à vivre.
Orientée Est Ouest, elle est très lumineuse. La pièce de vie de 37 m2 s'ouvre sur une terrasse couverte (environ 25m2) permettant en toute circonstance de profiter aussi de l'extérieur et du jardin.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée : plaques induction, four, grill pain, cafetière, bouilloire, réfrigérateur/congélateur, machine à laver la vaisselle. Il y a des WC au rez-de-chaussée.
A l'étage  :
Possibilité d'hébergement. 3 chambres / 6 personnes
1 salle de bain indépendante avec une grande douche.
WC séparés.
1 première chambre avec 2 lits de 90 x 200 cm.
Une deuxième chambre avec 1 lit de 160 x 200 cm.

Located on the right bank of the Garonne, La Bastide is a fast-growing district of Bordeaux.
The 90 m2 house is very pleasant and easy to live in.
Facing East-West, it is very bright. The 37 m2 living room opens onto a covered terrace (approx. 25m2), allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and garden at all times.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There are WCs on the first floor.

1 independent bathroom with large shower.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
