The space
We welcome you in a large house workshop (former butcher's laboratory) of 140 m2 with garden 3.5km from Paris in the center of Vitry-sur-Seine.
First of all we have a 4m wide electric swing gate giving access to a private courtyard of 90m2 which can be used as a parking lot. Our front door opens onto a living room entirely planted with plants and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a pretty flowered garden with a terrace (not overlooked). The house is also composed of a warm bedroom, a very bright bathroom, a large gym on the lower level and an office space library that can be a bedroom upon request.
Island: 11 seats including 3 seats on the sofa / coffee table.

Très bonne expérience chez Christopher ! Nous avons utilisé la maison pour le tournage d'une publicité et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette endroit pour travailler. L'espace est parfait, il y a une cour privée pour garer les véhicules (très pratique) et les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Ajouté à ça une très belle décoration, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
