Nous louons notre maison en banlieue parisienne proche de Paris et très bien desservie par les transports:8 min à pied de la gare RER (Rer C à 10 minutes de Paris) et bus départ Porte De St Cloud(10/15 minutes de trajet).
La pièce à vivre est grande et épurée, avec une grande table qui peut accueillir plusieurs personnes. Le plafond cathédrale apporte une belle luminosité et la vue sur le jardin est agréable.
La cuisine tout équipée sera à disposition.
Si vous le souhaitez et afin de vous faire passer une agréable pause gustative, votre hôte Thomas, chef de formation, pourra vous proposer un déjeuner répondant à vos envies et besoins.
Notre maison a été rénovée très récemment avec goût.
C'est avec grand plaisir que nous vous accueillerons afin que vous passiez une très belle journée!

We are renting our house in the Paris suburbs, close to Paris and very well served by transport: 8 min walk from the RER station (Rer C 10 minutes from Paris) and bus from Porte De St Cloud (10/15 minute journey).
The living room is large and uncluttered, with a large table that can seat several people. The cathedral ceiling provides plenty of natural light, and there's a pleasant view over the garden.
The fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
If you wish, your host Thomas, a trained chef, can prepare a lunch to suit your needs.
Our house has recently been tastefully renovated.

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
