The house is located close to the typical oyster port of La Teste de Buch. 5 minutes walk from the paths of the salt meadows that border the beaches of the Bay of Arcachon. The house has 5 bedrooms and a playroom on the first floor. On the first floor you will find a large living room with an American kitchen, open on one side on a patio with a heated tiled Jacuzzi and on the other side overlooking a garden with a heated pool. The garden opens on a canelot which leads directly to the Arcachon basin after the passage of the lock. The garden is exposed to the south.
