Ce lieu est composé d’un espace principal de 45m2 ainsi qu’un espace d’annexe, idéal pour un bureau ainsi qu’une cuisine séparée.  Blanche et intimiste, cette galerie est idéale pour des expositions d’art, d’objet de valeur grace à sa sécurité renforcée, showroom, journées presses ainsi que des ventes privées.
Cet espace possède une connexion internet haut debit et des spots. Ainsi que des portants, tables et chaises, système de cimaises et d'un projecteur vidéo disponible si souhaité, possibilité de faire une demande de devis. Les quantités disponibles varient selon les demandes.

The gallery is located in the Haut Marais district, near rue de Bretagne and rue Portefoin. The 75m2 space is on the first floor at the end of a small, shady courtyard. It comprises a 45m2 main space and an annex, ideal for an office and a separate kitchen.  White and intimate, this gallery is ideal for art exhibitions, valuable objects thanks to its reinforced security, showrooms, press days and private sales.
The space is equipped with high-speed internet access and spotlights. Racks, tables and chairs, picture rail system and a video projector are also available on request. Quantities available vary according to demand.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
