L'espace recèle un potentiel spatial de 740 m2 au sol. Il est composé:
- d'une boutique de 64 m2 avec 10 mètres de façade sur le bd Jules Ferry;
- d'un rez de chaussée de 490 m2 inondé de lumière grâce à ses trois rangées de verrières zénithales dont une culminant à 10m de haut,
- de deux espaces "showroom-bureaux" de 120 m2 au premier et deuxième étage;
- d’une double cave voutée de 3,5 m de hauteur et de 70 m2. en pierres blanches
L'espace est desservi par une porte cochère de trois mètres de large qui permet d'accueillir des véhicules. La boutique permet également d'y présenter un véhicule.
